After the first day of campaign period last February 9, PPCRV proposed celebrity endorsers should take a leave. But lately, Commission on Elections (Comelec) cleared that these media personnels shouldn’t be panicking because it is not that easy to sue them.
Does this mean that these endorsers are already allowed to use their time and space at work to campaign for their bets? Of course not! Supposedly NO!
I expected this to happen but still I can’t believe it. My friend who watched the audition of the Pilipinas Got Talent in

University of Baguio Gym last Feb. 17 came home with a yellow baller with prints “Pinoy para kay Noynoy”.
Kris Aquino is one of the three judges of the coming ABS-CBN show, Pilipinas Got Talent. Just asking, did Kris came here in Baguio to judge or to get Baguio residents’ votes for her brother?
This friend of mine told me that while Ms. Aquino gives comments to contestants, she always finds a way for her segues like “Mayor di ba love mo si Noy?”, “Baguio di ba love niyo ako? e di love niyo din si Noy kaya aalalahanin niyo siya sa May?”
Excuse me but is it not an obvious way of campaigning for her brother? You may say there’s nothing wrong with it but for me there is. She went here for the purpose of work but then i think she brought with her, her personal intentions. I can see she was prepared. “There were a lot of ballers given to people” a friend disclosed.
Seems like I should have supported PPCRV’s petition earlier, To sue artists who will use their shows to campaign for someone.
Come on! Even if that will be not be aired (I’m sure ABS will not show that on TV), Kris Aquino still is talking to audiences who went in UB gym for entertainment and not to hear a meeting de avance.
Disclaimer; I have nothing against Noynoy as a person and I did not post this to campaign for other presidentiables.

… i’m a little bit sure but i think Kris also do this stuff not only in Baguio but also to the other provinces where PGT conducted auditions.
This is really unfair. COMELEC should do something about incidents like these. But how? I believe it is hard to prove allegations like these. Hearsay is not admissible as evidence in court proceedings.
… i think some of the people who attended the auditions didn’t mind the ballers given away as a sign of campaign for noynoy. and just few of the audiences really raised eyebrows….
…but that was really unfair.

This is unfair for other candidates who do not have a “kris aquino sister.” Paano na kapag pumunta and PGT sa iba’t ibang lugar? E di palaging mangangampanya si kris?

regarding off cam and on cam. still Kris po went here in baguio to shoot a program and not to campaign for someone. pwde naman siyang bumalik dito anytym po. basta po sana hindi niya pagsasabayin ang pangangampanya niya for her brother at ang trabaho niya. dahil kung gagwin niya yun i must say na dapat nga talaga, tulad ng sabi ng PPCRV eh magLEAVE nalang siya.

On the first place she is paid by ABS to judge for PGT auditions, it doesn’t matter if on cam or off cam. It is still PGT time and money to be there.
the question is, on cam ba nya pinamigay ung mga yellow baller na un???????? her work is to judge but thats is on cam, nagstart lang naman work ng isang t.v personality pag ngroll na ung cam…but off cam they have their own life,, personal life,, they can do whatever they want to do… i admire miss kris nga eh, atleast she know wat her responsibilties as a t.v personality at the same time her as a lovable and supportive sister to noynoy…

that was during the judgement. so sarado ang Camera? during her judgement po? syempre feeling ko hindi ipapakita sa PGT yun kasi pag ginwa nila yun, tanggal ang permit ng ABs. =D

hindi ko naman sinisiraan si kris at hindi ko rin sinusuportahan ang show na sumusoporta kay villar.

it doesn’t matter whether it was on or off cam when she made the comments since she was there for a talent show under ABS-CBN, it was still uncalled for. even when she said it off cam, she was still in effect campaigning to the people inside the gym(not to mention the giving away of the ballers).

Kaya siguro pumayag si Kris na maging isa sa judges ng PGT ay may motive interest siya and that is to campaign for her brother Noynoy. Si Luis Manzano whose father Edu Manzano is running for the Vice President position pero he didn’t use the program PGT as host to campaign for his father. Bow ako sayo Luis may breeding ka and you know it’s not the right place to campaign. Si Kris, she will do anything for her brother coz if he wins siya ang parang first lady pag nagkataon sa Malacanang.
oo nga noh. dapat kung kagaya mag-isip ni Luis si kris eh di dapat nagadala na din siya ng baller ng dad niya kung meron man. hehe. Pero true po, narealize ko bigla. tatakbo palang VP si edu. .

..sabi nga nung isang nagcomment, bakit si LUIs hindi ginagamit ang shows niya to promote his DAD? simply because ayaw niya na sabihan siyang ginagamit ang shows po niya for his personal intentions.

well, if i’m in her position, i can’t avoid to campaign for my brother. the big fact that she tried so hard to avoid campaigning her brother on her daily shows was a big effort already. i can say no more.

let’s not put the blame on Noy, oo nga gano’n yung kapatid niya, well siguro naman pinagsasabihan din niya si Kris about sa issue na ‘yon. And anyway, hndi naman si Kris ang iboboto ng tao. Si Noy, na may sariling utak para magdesisyon s mga bagay bagay.
